Boryszew S.A. informs that today the company has got the information about the registration on December 29th, 2010 by the Regional Court of Warsaw , XIV Economic Department of the National Court Registry the increase of the share capital of the company through the issue of 752,238,564 pieces of series F ordinary bearer shares.
Share capital after registration of the above mentioned issue amounts to PLN 112,835,784.60 and is divided into 1,128,357,846 pieces of shares at the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, as follows:
-32,212,500 pieces of series A shares: 224,550 pieces of privileged, inscribed shares and 31,987,950 ordinary bearer shares,
– 910,278 pieces of series B ordinary bearer shares,
– 22,563,769 pieces of series C ordinary bearer shares,
– 7,000,000 pieces of series D ordinary bearer shares,
– 313,432,735 pieces of series E ordinary bearer shares,
– 752,238,564 pieces of series F ordinary bearer shares.
Total number of votes amounts to 1,128,582,396.
