The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”) informs that today Company received the decision of the District Court for the City of Warsaw of 14 December, 2013, number WA.XIV.NS-Rej. KRS/039133/13/937 in concerning the registration of the amendments to the Company Articles
of Association adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 25 November 2013, according to resolution no. 5 and resolution no. 6 of the General Meeting.
The consolidated text of the Articles of Association is attached to this current report.
