Boryszew’s Management announces that on March 23rd, 2009, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased
7,600 bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on March 23rd, 2009. The bond have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 70.6 million. The interest rate of the bonds is based on Wibor 3M + 3.90%. The day of pay-back of the bonds: June 19th, 2009.
