In connection with the current reports no 63/2010 of August 30th, 2010 and no 88/2010 of December 21st, 2010 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company has withdrawn from placing a binding offer on purchase of works and shares in companies of Cablelettra S.p.A.
At the same time the Company has sent a letter to the Commissioner, in which it confirms its interest to purchase of Cablelettra Group assets. In case of failure in selling of the said assets under the present carried procedures, the Management Board of the Company declares the will to carry negotiations aiming at purchase of Cablelettra Group assets.
Cablelettra Group designs and produces modern and technologically advanced integrated systems and modules of wirings systems and accessories for automotive sector, including:
– wiring for engines,
– safety wiring for brakes systems and ride control of vehicles,
– wiring for other parts of vehicles,
– joining, installations and protecting elements for electrical cables.
Cablelettra Group consists of works located, among other, in: Italy, Poland (in Mikołów), China, Brazil and Tunisia.
