Referring to current report No. 6/2024 on the decision of the Management Board to apply to the General Meeting for payment of dividend for shareholders, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”) advises that today it resolved to apply to the General Meeting of Shareholders to set the dividend date as 27 May 2024, and the dividend payment date as 4 June 2024.
At the same time, the Issuer advises that the final decision on the dividend day and the date of dividend payment will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Boryszew S.A.; the Company will advise on the conveying of the meeting by means of a relevant current report.
