Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company has got:
– Resolution no 1448/2010 dated December 29th, 2010 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A., upon which the Board of the Stock Exchange pointed out on December 30th, 2010 the day of the last quotation of 752,238,564 rights to series F ordinary bearer shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, marked by the National Depository for Securities with the code PLBRSZW00094,
– Resolution no 1449/2010 dated December 29th, 2010 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A., upon which the Board of the Stock Exchange states that according to the article 19, point 1 and 2 of the stock exchange regulations it has been admitted to trading on the primary market 752,238,564 Series F ordinary bearer shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and it decides to introduce from December 31st, 2010 in the ordinary course to the stock exchange turnover on the primary market the shares of Boryszew S.A. under condition of making by the National Depository for Securities on December 31st, 2010 the registration of the above mentioned shares and marking them with the code PLBRSZW00011.
