The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on December 30th, 2010 the Company received a notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik about the change of shares in connection with registration by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Section of the National Court Registry the increase of share capital of Boryszew S.A. through issue of 752,238,564 pieces of Series F ordinary bearer shares.
Before change Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned 222,318,397 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. constituting 59.11 % share in the equity and 430,848,357 pieces rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. The owned shares gave 222,318,397 votes at GM, which constituted 59.07 % of the total number of votes at GM.
At present Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owns 222,821,924 pieces of Boryszew’s shares and 430,848,357 pieces rights to shares of Boryszew S.A., totally 653,769,182 pieces, 57.94 % share in the equity.
The owned shares and rights to shares give 653,769,182 votes at GM, which constitute 57.93 % of the total number of votes at GM.
