The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that it has signed agreements with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego with the seat in Warsaw concerning pledges on the Company’s assets, in order to secure the Bank’s claims under the term credit agreement dated 15 June 2015 in the amount of EUR 10,000,000.00.
The agreements financial and registered pledges on bank accounts of the Company relating to the Credit granted to a total amount of EUR 15,000,000.
There are no affiliations between Boryszew S.A. and its managers or supervisors and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and its managers.
Criterion for the base of recognizing assets as assets of great value – the value of assets being the subject of pledge, in the day of this information, exceeds the equivalence of EUR 1.0 m.
