The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board on its meeting on June 17th, 2009 took resolutions, in which it accepted the following reports:
– financial report of the Company,
– Management Board’s report on the Company’s activity in 2008,
– consolidated financial report,
– Management Board’s report on the Capital Group’s activity in 2008.
According to rules 1 and 2 included in part III, point 1 of the “Good practices of companies quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange” the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. gives to the public knowledge the following reports of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. in 2008:
1. Supervisory Board’s report on assessment of the financial report of Boryszew S.A. in 2008 and Management Board’s reports on the Company’s activity in 2008 as well as the Management Board’s motion on covering the loss for 2008,
2. Supervisory Board’s report on assessment of the consolidated financial report of Boryszew Capital Group in 2008 and Management Board’s reports on the Capital Group’s activity in 2008,
3. Report on the Supervisory Board’s activity in 2008.
The above mentioned reports are enclosures to this current report.
