BORYSZEW GROUP SIGNED A DEAL TO SELL A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT PROJECT ON ŁUCKA 7/9 IN WARSAW

August 1, Eastside – Bis Spółka z o. o., as a indirect subsidiary of Boryszew SA, on 29 July 2016 received the decision issued by the President of Warsaw of not exercising a statutory pre-emption rights enjoyed by the Capital City of Warsaw. It is in line with the condition suspending conditional contract of sale of perpetual usufruct right singed in July 2016. The contract value is PLN 96 million.
