Referring to the current report no 39/2021 of 13 October 2021 on the filing of motions in bankruptcy of three indirect subsidiaries of ICOS Group, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A., (Company, Issuer) advises that yesterday the Issuer from the regional court in Braunschweig a letter dated 1 January 2022 on the opening of the bankruptcy proceedings on the same date against ICOS GmbH with registered office in Salzgitter and THEYSOHN Kunstoff GmbH with registered office in Salzgitter and THEYSOHN Formenbau GmbH with registered office in Salzgitter, Germany, under self-administration according to the German bankruptcy law.
The Issuer will announce further significant events associated with the above mentioned proceedings in relevant reports.
