The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw (“Company”) informs that it has got today information from its subsidiary – Boryszew Kunststofftechnik Deutschland GmbH with the seat in Gardelegen (“BKD”) on establishing a mortgage on BKD’s real estates.
The pledge has been established for DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna with the seat in Warsaw to the highest collateral amount of EUR 6,000,000.00 in order to secure the bank’s receivables as a credit in the amount of EUR 4,000,000.00 as well as tools credit.
There are no affiliations between Boryszew S.A., BKD and its managers and DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna with the seat in Warsaw and its managers.
The criterion being a base of recognizing the assets as assets of great value – value of established pledge has exceed the equivalent of EUR 1.0 mln.
