The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”) sadly informs that today information was obtained about the death of President of the Management Board Mr Piotr Lisiecki.
Mr. Piotr Lisiecki was appointed as the President of the Company’s Management Board on 7 November 2018.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company announces that the Company operates as usual, with the composition of the Management Board as provided in legal regulations and the Articles of Association.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 4 – 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
