Referring to current report No. 11/2023 on the decision of the Management Board to apply to the General Meeting for payment of dividend for shareholders, and current report No 12/2023 regarding the Opinion of the Supervisory Board on the payment of dividend, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”) advises that today it resolved to apply to the General Meeting of Shareholders to set the dividend date as 29 May 2023, and the dividend payment date as 5 June 2023.
At the same time, the Issuer advises that the final decision on the dividend day and the date of dividend payment will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Boryszew S.A.; the Company will advise on the conveying of the meeting by means of a relevant current report.
