The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that on April 1, 2019, the Company was notified of the submission by Mr. Janusz Siemieńc – the Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, dated March 31, 2019 and effective as at the date of resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Janusz Siemieniec submitted his resignation in connection with the fact that Impexmetal S.A. – the subsidiary of Boryszew S.A. crossing threshold of 50% of votes at the General Meeting of Alchemia SA on the basis of art. 387 of the Code of Commercial Companies.
The legal basis: § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state.
