The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that its subsidiary purchased, according to The Proposal of Bonds Purchase:
38 pieces of series A inscribed bonds of the nominal value of PLN 1,000,000.00 each issued by Boryszew S.A. on February 28th, 2011 under the Programme of 3-years bonds issue.
The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 38,500,000.00.
The interest rate is based on the market conditions. The day of buy-back of the bonds: September 30th, 2012.
