The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw (the Company, Issuer) informs that on 7 March 2014 the Company placed a motion to the Warsaw Stock Exchange on:
- suspension of the Issuer’s shares quotations from 17 March 2014 till 1 April 2014,
- fixing the last day of the Company’s shares’ quotations on 14 March 2014 in connection with the planned reverse split of shares,
- reopening of the Company’s shares’ quotations after their reverse split from 2 April 2014.
The Reference Day has been fixed on 21 March 2014.
