In connection with the current report no 20/2014 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Company, Issuer) of 10 March 2014 regarding placing a motion to KDPW on re-split of Boryszew’s shares, the Company informs that the Management Board of KDPW S.A. in Warsaw passed on 19 March 2014 a resolution no 306/14, in which a day of 1 April 2014 has been fixed as a day of change of 2,200,000,000 (say: two billion two hundred million) of Boryszew’s shares marked with a code PLBRSZW00011 into 220,000,000 (say: two hundred twenty million) of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 (PLN one) each, in connection with the change of the nominal value of Boryszew’s share from PLN 0.10 into PLN 1.00.
The Reference Day for executing the a/m change has been fixed on 21 March 2014.
As a result of the above mentioned change under the code PLBRSZW00011 there will be registered 220,000,000 (say: two hundred twenty million) units of shares of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each.
The Company informs that the procedure of re-split of the Issuer’s shares has been started by the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. upon the resolution no 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 17 February 2014.
