The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it has signed a confidential agreement with the administrator of the process of the automotive branch company acquisition. The Company will start the economical analysis of the entity.
The above said analysis is the sixth now carried examination of the automotive sector company.
Value of enterprise may exceed 10 % of own capital of Boryszew S.A.
