The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that on 4 April 2014 the Company has got the decision from the Regional Court of Łódź Centre in Łódź, XV Economic Section of the Pledge Registry informing about an entry on 28 March 2014 to the pledges register – money receivables.
The subject of the pledge is money receivables to the highest collateral in the amount of PLN 19,000,000.00
The pledge has been established for the benefit of BZ WBK Faktor Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw as a collateral of the receivables of Faktor in virtue of Registered Pledge Agreement on receivables resulting from the bank account agreement, concluded on 18 October 2013.
There are no affiliations between Boryszew S.A. and its managers or supervisors and BZ WBK Faktor Sp. z o.o. and its managers.
Criterion for the base of recognizing assets as assets of great value – the value of shares being the subject of pledge, in the day of this information, exceeds the equivalence of EUR 1.0 m.
