With reference to the information revealed in the current report No. 28/2021 of 7 September 2021 as well as in earlier reports regarding signing and executing the preliminary agreement on sale of shares in FŁT Polska Sp. z o.o. (FŁT), the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Issuer) announces hereby that on 16 September 2021 the Issuer received from Zhejiang XCC Group Co. Ltd based in China (“XCC”) a notification that XCC had received on 15 September 20201 the last of the required approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.
Consequently, the second of the conditions precedent of the Agreement mentioned in the abovementioned current report has been fulfilled. The Issuer will notify in next current report of the conclusion of the final agreement on the sale of FŁT shares.
