The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw (the Company), in connection with the current report no 27/2014 of 18 April 2014 regarding concluding of the conditional agreements on purchase of shares of Tensho Poland Corporation Spółka z o.o. with the seat in Ostaszew (TPC), informs that it got on 10 June 2014 from the Management Board’s President of UOKiK a decision dated 5 June 2014 on getting an approval for effecting a concentration aimint at taking a control by Boryszew S.A. over Tensho Poland Corporation Spółka z o.o.
Thus a suspension condition of agreements concluded on 17 April 2014 on purchase of shares of TPC, on which the Company informed in the current report no 27/2014 of 18 April 2014, has been fulfilled.
The final shares’ sale agreements should be concluded within 7 working days from the date of getting an approval from the Management Board’s President of UOKiK.
