Contents of the report:
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on October 29, 2020 the Ordinary General Meeting (“OGM”) of Impexmetal S.A. (“Impexmetal”), in which the Issuer is the parent entity, adopted a resolution on the payment of dividends from the supplementary capital of Impexmetal, which pursuant to Art. 348 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, may be allocated for distribution. The value of the dividend due to the Issuer as the only authorized entity is PLN 913 million. The dividend date (the record date) is October 29, 2020. The OGM authorized the Management Board of Impexmetal to define the method of fulfilling the obligation resulting from the dividend.
