Boryszew S.A. based in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces hereby that on 30 September 2021 Mr Andrzej Juszczynski, Vice-President of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer resigned on the same day. The reason for Mr Andrzej Juszczyński resignation are plans as to his further professional career.

Detailed legal basis: § 5 section 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
