The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. announces the list of shareholders owing at least 5 % of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. of 24 June, 2013:

Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik – number of votes 838,384,508, e.g. 94.04 % of votes on this Meeting
The above mentioned shares constitute 37.15 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
