Boryszew Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw informs that on 1 July 2014 its subsidiary purchased 4 units of Series BC inscribed bonds of the nominal value of EUR 500,000 each under the Programme of inscribed Boryszew’s bonds issue.
The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of EUR 2,000,000.
The interest rate has been set on the market conditions.
The day of buy-back of Series BC 4 inscribed bonds: 30 September 2015.
Purchase of bonds has taken place in order to invest free financial funds of subsidiary.
