Contents of the report:
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) informs that on December 3, 2020, the Company received notice, under Art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering and Financial Instruments of July 29, 2005, from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., that as a result of the sale of shares of Boryszew S.A. in transaction on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on November 30, 2020, Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny S.A. reduced the status of the Company’s shares below 5% of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew S.A.
