The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 24, 25 July, 2014 Impexmetal S.A. – subsidiary Company of Boryszew S.A. purchased on block transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. totally 9,200,000 units of shares of Alchemia S.A. for the total amount of PLN 48,760,000, i.e. PLN 5.30 for 1 share.
The Supervisory Board’s member of Boryszew S.A. is simultaneously the Supervisory Board’s member of Alchemia S.A.
The source of financing of the purchased assets has been the own funds of Impexmetal S.A.
As the value of the purchased assets exceeds the limit of 10 % of Impexmetal’s equity capitals, the above mentioned event has been considered as purchase of assets of significant value.
