The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Company) informs that it received a notification from subsidiary company – SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o., that SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. executing decisions of the Intermediary Agreement in taking up of treasury shares of Boryszew S.A. for redemption or further re-sale concluded with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Banku Polskiego S.A. – Brokers House PKO BP SA with the seat in Warsaw dated 19 January, 2015, purchased on 25 March, 2015 in package transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 881,686 units of Boryszew’s shares of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each share, at an average price of PLN 5.67per one share.
The above mentioned shares are equal to 881,686 votes at the General Meeting of the Company and which are equal to 0.367% of the share capital of the Company.
After these transactions the Company, directly and indirectly, holds 12.506.686 of its shares, which are equal to 5,21 % of the share capital, giving right to 12,506,686 votes at the GM of Boryszew S.A. The above mentioned shares are equal to 881,686 votes at the General Meeting of the Company and which are equal to 0.367% of the share capital of the Company.
After these transactions the Company, directly and indirectly, holds 12.506.686 of its shares, which are equal to 5,21 % of the share capital, giving right to 12,506,686 votes at the GM of Boryszew S.A.
