he Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Company) informs that subsidiary company – SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o., purchased on 25 March, 2015 in package transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 881,686 shares of Boryszew S.A..
These transactions have resulted in exceeding the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew
Before these transactions Boryszew S.A. possessed:
directly 5,100,000 own shares, entitling to 5,100,000 votes at GM, which constituted 2,13 % the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew SA,
indirectly through its subsidiary – Impexmetal S.A. 6,000, 000 shares of Boryszew S.A., entitling to 6,000,000 votes at GM, which constituted 2,51 % the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew SA,
indirectly through its subsidiary – SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. 525,000 shares of Boryszew S.A., entitling to 525,000 votes at GM, which constituted 0,22 % the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew S.A.
Boryszew S.A. possessed directly and indirectly through its subsidiaries Impexmetal S.A.
and SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. 11,625,000 shares of Boryszew S.A., entitling to 11,625,000 votes at GM, which constituted 4,84% the total number of votes at the General Meeting,
On the settlement date, Boryszew S.A. possessed:
directly 5,100,000 own shares, entitling to 5,100,000 votes at GM, which constituted 2,13 % the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew SA,
indirectly through its subsidiary – Impexmetal S.A. 6,000, 000 shares of Boryszew S.A., entitling to 6,000,000 votes at GM, which constituted 2,51 % the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew SA,
indirectly through its subsidiary – SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. 1,406,686 shares of Boryszew S.A., entitling to 1,406,686 votes at GM, which constituted 0,59 % the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Boryszew S.A.
Boryszew S.A. possessed directly and indirectly through its subsidiaries Impexmetal S.A.
and SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. 12,506,686 shares of Boryszew S.A., entitling to 12,506,686 votes at GM, which constituted 5,21% the total number of votes at the General Meeting,
