The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it signed on 9 September 2014 with the company Mitsui & Co Deutschland GmbH (Mitsui) the Memorandum of Understanding.
The object of the a/m Memorandum is, expressed by both Parties, the intention of cooperation in automotive sector connected with R&D area as far as cars parts of light metals developed by Mitsui is concerned. In particular the Parties declared the close cooperation in the field of implementation of new, innovation products as well as exercise of the synergy effects among the companies from capital groups of Boryszew and Mitsiu. Mitsui will provide also the Boryszew Group with support as far as Supply Chain Management and strengthen the position of the global supplier of automotive components are concerned.
Additionally the Parties declared the analyse of the possibility of strengthening of the further cooperation in the field of theirs international activity, including opportunity and conditions of Mitsui’s capital investment in companies of automotive sector.
