Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that as a result of registration on 10 July, 2013 of redemption of 56,715,692 (say: fifty six milion seven hundred fifteen six hundred ninety two) units of the Company’s shares, the status of possession of the Company’s treasury shares has changed.
As at 18 July, 2013 the subsidiary company – Impexmetal S.A. possessed 79,376,330 Boryszew’s shares amounting to 3.608 % of the share capital and equal to 79,376,330 votes on the General Meeting of Boryszew S.A.
As at 18 July, 2013 Boryszew S.A. possessed 43,284,308 treasury shares amounting to 1.967 % of the share capital and equal to 43,284,308 votes on the General Meeting of Boryszew S.A.
As at 18 July, 2013 Boryszew S.A. possessed indirectly and directly through subsidiary Company 122,660,638 units of treasury shares, amounting to 5.575 % of the share capital and equal to 122,660,638 votes on the General Meeting of the Company.
