RKK Investments Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 26,551,000, i.e. 39.95% of votes on this Meeting.
The above mentioned shares constitute 11.06 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
Unibax Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 36,385,555, i.e. 54.74% of votes on this Meeting.
The above mentioned shares constitute 15.16 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
