In connection to the current reports no 33/2011 of April 4th, 2011, no 34/2011 of April 6th, 2011, no 36/2011 of April 12th, 2011 and report no 39/2011 of April 21st, 2011, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Company) informs that on June 28th, 2011 the Company placed a final offer on purchase of assets of AKT GmbH and 100 % of shares in the international companies of AKT, e.g. AKT Plastikarska Technologie Cechy spol.sr.o., Jablonec nad Nisou in Czech Republik and AKT Plasticos S.L. Amorebieta in Spain.
The offer is valid till July 31st, 2011.
AKT is a supplier of plastic elements to cars, among other to VW, General Motors/Opel and BMW, with turnovers in 2010 exceeding EUR 140 m.
