The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that Mr. Paweł Miller has resigned today from the post of the Management Board’s member, with a legal force from November 16th, 2012.
Mr. Paweł Miller informed that the resignation was placed due to the planned post of Management Board’s Chairman of the investment fund with the seat in Muenchen.
