The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. in connection with the current report no 136/2015 dated 11 November 2015 and current report no 5/2016 of 11 February 2016 informs that it has got an information from the company Eastside – Bis Spółka z o.o. (Boryszew’s indirect subsidiary) on change of date of signing a final sale agreement of real estate perpetuity’s right of the real estate located in Warsaw at 7/9 Łucka Street. The Parties have agreed the reading of the final sale agreement of real estate perpetuity’s right (together with the accompanying agreements). The Parties have declared the willingness to conclude the planned transaction immediately after closing of financing by the investor, which should be fulfilled in the nearest days.
