The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the National Depository for Securities S.A. under the resolution no the Company has got the Resolution no 645/2011 dated July 11th, 2011 after considering a motion of Boryszew S.A. decided to merge on July 15th, 2011 of 224,550 (two hundred twenty four thousand five hundred fifty) ordinary bearer’s shares of Boryszew S.A. created after change on July 15th, 2011 224,550 (two hundred twenty four thousand five hundred fifty) preference inscribed shares signed with the code “PLBRSZW00029” with 1,128,133,296 (one billion one hundred twenty eight million one hundred thirty three thousand two hundred ninety six) ordinary bearer’s shares of Boryszew S.A. signed with the code “PLBRSZW00011” . The merged shares are signed with the code “PLBRSZW00011”.
From July 15th, 2011 1,128,357,846 (one billion one hundred twenty eight million three hundred fifty seven thousand eight hundred forty six) shares of Boryszew S.A. will be signed with the code “PLBRSZW00011”.
