The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. announces the list of shareholders owing at least 5 % of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. of 28th November 2012:

Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik – number of votes 675,268,666, i.e. 87.13 % of votes on this Meeting.
The above mentioned shares constitute 29.92 % of the total number of votes at the EGM of Boryszew S.A.
