The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Sochaczew („Issuer”, „the Company”) informs that on 14 February 2014 it concluded with PKO Bank Polski Brokers House with the seat in Warsaw an agreement to play a role of the Issuer’s maker for the ordinary bearers’ shares and rights to the Company’s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
The agreement has been concluded for the unlimited period of time and it will be in force from the day of its signing under the condition that the Management Board of the Stock Exchange will not express its objection during two weeks from the day of delivering of its copy.
