Boryszew S.A. informs that the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities, after examining of the motion of Boryszew S.A., has decided, under resolution no 770/11 of August 17th, 2011, to take into deposit 1,128,357,846 (one billion one hundred twenty eight million three hundred fifty seven thousand eight hundred forty six) ordinary bearers Series G shares of Boryszew S.A. at the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and to mark them with code PLBRSZW00011, under the condition of taking decision to bring them to trading on the regulated market, on which other Boryszew’s share marked with code PLBRSZW00011 have been brought.
Registration of the above mentioned bearers Series G shares of Boryszew S.A. in the National Depository for Securities will be made in connection with the closing of accounts carried for negotiable subscriptions to share marked with code PLBRSZW00128 in 3 days from the day of receiving by the National Depository for Securities of the documents confirming taking decision to bring them to trading on the regulated market, on which other Boryszew’s share marked with code PLBRSZW00011 have been brought, however not earlier than on the pointed in the decision day of bringing them on the regulated market.
