The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 12 November 2014 a motion to KDPW was placed to:
– register of securities: Series B ordinary bearer shares in the amount of 20,000,000 units of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 each under the condition to introduce them to the turnover on the regulated market,
– cover of the above mentioned shares of the existing code PLBRSZW00011.
The securities covered by the motion have been issued according to the Resolution no 24 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. taking place on 25 June 2014 regarding increasing of initial capital through private subscription of Series B shares excluding in total the collection law of the hitherto existing shareholders, dematerialization of Series B shares and introducing to the turnover of Series B shares and rights to these shares to the regulated market carried by the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as changing of the Company’s Statute.
The Company informed on the termination of shares’ issue in the current report no 43/2014 of 25 July 2014.
The above mentioned shares could be admitted and introduced to the turnover on the regulated market on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A.
