The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw (the Company) informs, in connection with the current report no 51/2014 of 25 September 2014, that it got on 14 November 2014 an information from Brokers House PKO BP that as a result of a call announced on 25 September 2014 by Boryszew S.A. and its subsidiaries included in the Boryszew Capital Group, i.e. SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw, Impex – Invest Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw and Impexmetal S.A. with the seat in Warsaw and Impexmetal S.A. with the seat in Warsaw (INVOKER) on purchase of shares of Hutmen S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, 160 subscriptions on 4.700.754 shares have been placed at PLN 4.90 per one share (call price).
A shares purchase transaction will be executed on 18 November 2014 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. SPV Boryszew 3 Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw – as a shares’ purchaser – will place on 17 November 2014 an instruction of shares purchase.
