The Management Bard of Boryszew S.A. informs that on September 13th, 2011 Boryszew’s subsidiary bought 1 registered Series AA bond of the nominal value of EUR 500,000.00 under the programme of issue of 2-year registered bonds of Boryszew S.A. The bond has been bought at the Issue Price of EUR 500,000.00.
Bond’s interest has been set at the markets’ conditions.
