In connection with the current report no 79/2014 dated 20 November 2014 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Company) hereby announces that by its resolution No. 1324/2014 of 26 November 2014, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) declared the admission to stock exchange trading on the main market of 20,000,000 ordinary series B bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each.
The WSE Management Board also resolved to introduce the said shares to trading on the main market, effective 28 November 2014, subject to the registration of the shares and the assignment of the code PLBRSZW00011 to them by the National Depository for Securities on 28 November 2014.
