Boryszew S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on November 7, 2018, Mr. Piotr Szeliga, acting President of the Management Board, General Director of the Company submitted a resignation from his position, effective on the same day. Mr. Piotr Szeliga did not provide reasons for his resignation.
At the same time, on November 7, 2018, the Supervisory Board of the Company decided to appoint Piotr Lisiecki as the President of the Management Board, General Director of Boryszew S.A.
In connection with the above-mentioned decision of the Supervisory Board, today the Company received resignation from the position of the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company from November 7, 2018 from Mr Piotr Lisiecki. Piotr Lisiecki resigned in connection with his appointment for the President of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A.
Below, the Company provides information on the education, qualifications and positions held previously by Mr. Piotr Lisiecki, along with a description of his professional career.
Mr. Piotr Lisiecki is a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń at the Faculty of Physics
and Astronomy. He was a scholarship holder at the University of Leeds and completed post-graduate studies at the University of Economics in Poznań at the Faculty of Management and Marketing.
From July 2017, he continues to be the President of the Management Board of Huta Bankowa Spółka z o.o.
From June 2016 to November 7, 2018, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A.
From June 2013 to March 2016, Mr. Piotr Lisiecki worked at Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. where he was the Managing Director in the Corporate Sales Department and then the Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.
From April 2012 to May 2013, he was the Director in the Corporate Customers Department in DZ Bank S.A.
From September 2010 to April 2012, he was the Managing Director of the Corporate Banking Networks Department at Kredyt Bank SA
From July 1995 to August 2010 he worked at BZ WBK S.A. (previously WBK S.A.), where he took the professional path from IT System Administrator, Team Manager, Branch Director to the Director of the Corporate Banking Center.
Within the period from August 1999 to June 2000, as part of secondment, he worked at AIB Bank in Dublin.
Mr Piotr Lisiecki does not conduct any activity competitive to the Company, he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of the body of a capital company and does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body. He is also not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
