The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the company) announces that the company received on 29 December, 2014 the notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik, that on 19 December, 2014 he sold in a package transaction 2,145,000 units of shares of Boryszew S.A.
The above mentioned transaction has resulted in change of his share in the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
Before the transaction – on 18 December, 2014 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 118,560,570 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 49.40% in share capital of a company and indirectly through his subsidiaries 26.669.000 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 11.112% in share capital of a company.
On 18 December, 2014 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 116,090,912 votes at GM, which constituted 48,37 % of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Boryszew S.A. and indirectly through his subsidiaries 26,669,000 votes at GM, which constituted 11.112% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Boryszew S.A.
On 19 December, 2014 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 117,540,570 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 48,97% in share capital of a company and indirectly through his subsidiaries 26.669.000 units of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 11.112% in share capital of a company.
On 18 December, 2014 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 115,065,570 votes at GM, which constituted 47,943 % of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Boryszew S.A. and indirectly through his subsidiaries 26,669,000 votes at GM, which constituted 11.112% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Boryszew S.A.
