In connection with the current report no 8/2011 of January 31st, 2011, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that the Company has finished discussions with Sebros Auto Private Limited in India and withdrawn from further negotiations on purchase for Maflow the organized part of enterprise located in Pune. The reason of withdraw were differences regarding the final shape of transaction.
