The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. announces list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew S.A. dated 23 July, 2020:
- RKK Investments Spółka z o.o. – number of votes: 109,923,322, i.e. 84.29% of votes on this Meeting. The aforementioned shares constitute 45.80% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
- Nationale – Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – number of votes: 12,000,000, i.e. 9.20% of votes on this Meeting. The aforementioned shares constitute 5.00% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
- Government of Norway – number of votes: 7,717,131, i.e. 5.92% of votes on this Meeting. The aforementioned shares constitute 3.22% of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
