27/03/2014The Board of Boryszew SA registered in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that on 10 March 2014 the Company submitted to National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”) a proposal to merge the Issuer’s shares, registered in National Depository for Securities as PLBRSZW00011. The submittion included 2,200.000,000 shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each with a ratio of 10:1.
Therefore, it will result in 220,000,000 shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each being registered by KDPW as PLBRSZW00011.
