The Management Board of Boryszew S.A., in connection with the current report no 136/2015 dated 11 November, 2015, announces that on 15 January, 2016 the company Eastside – Bis Spółka z o.o. (indirect subsidiary of Boryszew S.A.) signed an annex to the preliminary contract of sale of real estate of 10 November 2015.
According to the annex a definitive sale agreement will take place until to 10 February, 2016.
